HOW IT WORKS
-

STEP 1: SCHEDULE TIME
Click the button below to self-schedule some time for us to chat! No phone calls, no back and forth. Quick and easy! Give us a brief description of what’s going through your mind regarding feeding your little one on the form, and we’ll chat more in detail on the call.
-

STEP 2: THE CALL
We’ll have a 45-minute video call to go over your concerns. We’ll ask questions, assess your situation, and come up with a game plan that feels attainable and that you’re comfortable with.
-

STEP 3: FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT
We’ll send you our call notes, the game plan and any virtual resources we think will be helpful to you and your baby. For 7 days following your consult, you’ll have access to Kyla or Courtney via text to ask any follow up questions or send updates!
Every consult is unique, just like our approach to helping you meet your goals! We aim to make feeding less stressful and offer practical advice you can easily implement into your day-to-day life. Some of the things we might suggest include: oral stretches and exercises, suck training, parent education, latch and positioning changes, feeding schedule tips, or referrals to other specialists as needed (e.g., ENT, tongue/lip tie release).
